Now in the process of editing and proof reading the articles sent to us.

Curious about the process???

First, the head writer will assign people to write articles and the writers then be given a piece of paper. On that piece paper, writers will have to outline their article and pass it to the head writer for approval. After that, writers will be given deadline, usually 2weeks, to submit their article to the head writers. That is when the head writer will tick the submitted column.

After everyone has submitted their articles, the head writer will hold an editorial meeting with both the administrative board and the editorial board. That is when everyone works together to edit the articles together and passing to the head writer for another proof read. After the article is proof read by the head writer, the editor will proof read one last time before sending it for layout.

That is the process of submission and proof reading of articles.
